Saturday, December 13, 2008 "lack of" customer service

I'm thinkin' that this company is out of business, because after 7 weeks of trying to get help
with one of their SafetyPass Pro units, I save have NOT received even a reply back. I get returned email from their tech support saying their mailbox is full, and their customer service
gets the email and also won't respond. I'd be very careful about sending a company like this money when they won't even give a phone number that you can contact them with. Sounds very fishy. Anyone can write up reviews and claim it is from their customers, that is a favorite scam by internet frauds.
